CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Champaign County Coroner, Laurie Brauer, has identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle crash on Interstate 74 in Vermilion County. Isaiah Edmond, 35, of Indiana, was pronounced dead at 5:27 AM on March 18, at the Carle Foundation Hospital Emergency Department in Urbana.
An autopsy is scheduled for later this week to determine the cause of death. The incident is under investigation by the Illinois State Police and the Champaign County Coroner’s Office.
