MAHOMET, IL (Chambana Today) – As of 8:45 a.m., the boil order that had been issued for residents on Sunny Acres Road and Maple Tree Lane has been lifted.
The water main has been repaired. Residents who were affected by the repair are now under a BOIL ORDER until further notice. The affected homes received a red notice on their front door and will receive a second notice once the boil order is lifted.
8:33 a.m.: **WATER MAIN BREAK** Residents who live on Sunny Acres Rd between Pin Oak Dr. and Oak Creek Rd. and all of Maple Tree Ln. will have the water turned off while the main is being repaired. Once service is resumed you will be under a boil order. Residents who are affected by the outage and boil order will have a notice on your front door.
