Part-Time Sales Representative

Looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with real income potential?
Illini Media Group is seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative to help grow two of our local platforms: Chambana Today and Chambana Deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and driving results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business by connecting with local companies
- Present and sell marketing solutions through Chambana Today and Chambana Deals
- Call on new prospects and unclaimed accounts
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to help businesses attract more customers
- Maintain a simple pipeline and provide weekly progress updates
Compensation

- Hourly Plus Commission
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding and product training provided
- Ongoing support and guidance from leadership
- Weekly check-ins with management for coaching and pipeline review
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to ask questions, listen, and identify business needs
- Organized and accountable with follow-through
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required
Work Environment
- Flexible, part-time schedule (up to 15 hours per week)
