Illinois license plate readers used illegally by other states, says Secretary of State Giannoulias

In a press conference on Thursday, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias said that the state of Illinois is investigating an automatic license plate reader system used in a northwest suburb of Chicago after a Texas sheriff accessed the system to look for a woman who recently had an abortion.

The Champaign County Master Gardeners is holding its annual Garden Walk later this month, and invites the public to experience the joy of gardening and community.
