CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The 2024-25 Illinois women’s basketball schedule is now complete. The Fighting Illini revealed the rest of their non-conference game for the season. In total, Illinois is scheduled for an 18-game conference schedule with nine home games and nine on the road.
The Illini squad will face off against just one team twice during the regular season: Northwestern. They will host Oregon and Washington this season while traveling west to USC and UCLA. Weekend conference games inside State Farm Center include Oregon (Saturday, December 28), Michigan State (Sunday, Jan. 19), Nebraska (Sunday, Feb. 16), and Michigan (Sunday, March 2). The Illini will play nine weekday conference games, including five at home inside State Farm Center.
The Illini open conference play on the road at Ohio State on Sunday, Dec. 8, before wrapping up the remainder of its non-conference schedule. The Big Ten Tournament is scheduled for March 5-9 in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The team won the inaugural WBIT championship last season and secured a 19-15 record, Illinois has four of last year’s starters returning this year.
