SPRINGFIELD, IL (Chambana Today) – The Butter Cow will be unveiled on August 7, 2024, at 3 p.m. in the Dairy Building at the Illinois State Fair. Thousands of fairgoers flock to the butter cow each year to see the sculpture made of 500 pounds of unsalted butter.
The 2024 Illinois State Fair runs from August 8-18.
