CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Monticello residents will soon have access to a new OSF primary care medical clinic.

Amber Oberheim, an advanced practice nurse and Monticello resident, will be opening her practice at 777 Bridge St. this winter. Oberheim will welcome patients of all ages for a variety of primary care issues including annual physicals, chronic and acute illnesses, and mental health concerns. Additional health care providers will also be on staff at the clinic to provide vaccines and lab work.

OSF Healthcare continues to expand their operations to reach more people in east-central Illinois. Anyone interested in an appointment at the new clinic should call 217-560-6300.
