CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, IL (Chambana Today) – According to Champaign County Clerk Aaron Ammons, voting machines across Champaign County are back online. All registered voters are now able to cast their ballots since earlier issues have been resolved.

Electrical outages made voters unable to register or cast their ballots for at least three hours across Champaign County this morning. Network issues were diagnosed after the polls opened at 6 a.m.

Ammons confirmed, via Facebook, that Sangamon County was also experiencing electrical issues.
