CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Members of the Champaign City Council will attend a community gun violence response meeting from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, August 5, 2024. The meeting will take place at Garden Hills Academy, located at 2001 Garden Hills Dr. Members of the community are urged to attend to express their concerns and talk to city officials about what is being done to combat gun violence.
