URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – Beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, Donelson Construction Company will begin high-pressure surface treatment work at several locations across Urbana, resulting in intermittent lane closures throughout the city.
The work is expected to continue until 5 p.m. on Friday, August 1, weather permitting. Each lane closure may last several hours, with through traffic maintained by flaggers. Motorists should be prepared for temporary access restrictions to entrances and side streets for up to 30 minutes following application of the treatment.
A map detailing affected locations has been provided by the City for reference. Drivers are urged to proceed cautiously in all construction areas and to allow extra travel time.
