DANVILLE, IL (Chambana Today) – A 19-year-old man is in stable but critical condition after being shot inside a residence Monday night in the 900 block of Oak Street.
The Danville Police Department responded to a 911 call around 10:30 p.m. on May 12. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound. Several high-caliber bullet casings were recovered at the scene, indicating multiple shots may have been fired.
The victim was transported to a hospital in Urbana for treatment. As of now, police say there are no leads or suspects in the case.
