CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Get ready for an afternoon that promises to be “as deep and transformative as the ocean itself.” Award-winning author and poet Anastasia Lindsey is coming to Barnes & Noble in Champaign for a book signing and meet and greet this Sunday, June 9th, from 1-3 p.m.

Lindsey will be there in person, greeting fans and signing copies of her acclaimed book, O C E A N, described as a “journey through the waves of grief, the currents of human emotion, and the transformative power of love and restoration.” Published by Atmosphere Press, O C E A N is described as “the book of waves, never told before secrets, and the restorative nature of love.”

In O C E A N, Lindsey says that you’ll find yourself lost in the wonders that come once you make it safely to shore. Your soul will be “met with serenity,” and you’ll experience the opportunity to connect and grow with your emotions. She says that her book encourages you to expand past fear, as vast as the sea, and to flow with creation and unconditional love, just like the ocean itself.

As a special treat, Lindsey says that the first five guests who purchase the book at the event will receive a special free gift. This is an excellent opportunity to meet the poet whose work has been hailed as “transformative and healing.”
