CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — A globally acclaimed band is coming to town as part of its North American tour, with ticket sales opening this week.

Leonid & Friends, a tribute band based in Moscow, performs the music of Chicago, Earth, Wind& Fire, Steely Dan, The Carpenters, and more. The 11-member collective, renowned for its recreations of classic Chicago songs, is most well-known for its renditions of rock, pop, and jazz-fusion hits from the 70s. Formed by musician and producer Leonid Vorobyev, the group features elite vocalists and instrumentalists from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and beyond — all united by a shared passion for celebrating this iconic era of music.

Tickets for the show are priced at four different price points between $39.50 and $89.50, with a VIP add-on package also available for those looking to meet the group.

Tickets for general public sale will go live on Friday, January 30 at 10 a.m., while the presale will begin on Thursday at 10 a.m. with the code LEONID26.
