CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — The Helping Our Youth Change Society (H.O.Y.C.E.) Center is holding a gift drive through the holiday season in Champaign-Urbana, with several gift drop-off locations around town.

The H.O.Y.C.E. Center is a 501c3 organization dedicated to life and self skills management for youth. It plays a key role in youth development in collaboration with schools, businesses, and other organizations in the community via workshops, community forums, technology, and recreational activities.

The gift drive runs from October 15 to December 2, ending with an event day on December 6 at the Urbana Park District’s Wellness Center. Over 600 local youth are served annually, with this year’s fundraiser goal set at $35 thousand.

Gift drop-off locations include the Urbana Police Department (400 S. Vine St, Urbana, IL), the Urbana Park District’s Phillips Recreation Center (505 W. Stoughton, Urbana, IL), the Health and Wellness Center (2002 E. Washington, Urbana, IL), our very own Illini Radio Group building (2603 W. Bradley Ave, Champaign, IL), the Champaign Police Department (82 E. University Ave, Champaign, IL), and the Rantoul Business Center (601 S. Century Blvd, Rantoul, IL).

Illini Radio Group is open for drop-offs during regular business hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
