CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The Illini men’s basketball team is heading back to Madison Square Garden to challenge the Duke Blue Devils in February.
Illinois and Duke will meet up in the SentinelOne Classic on Feb. 22, 2025. Both teams made the Elite Eight last season.
The Illini, last year’s Big Ten conference winners, are coming off the program’s first Elite Eight appearance since 2005. Illinois finished last season at No. 6 in the AP Top 25 poll, while Duke ended the year at No. 9.
