CHAMPAIGN, IL (CHAMBANA TODAY)- Mark your calendars, plant enthusiasts! The Mahomet-Seymour Ag Supply Store and Greenhouse is gearing up for its annual plant sale, offering a wide array of products while supporting a noble cause. Managed entirely by students, this initiative channels all proceeds towards funding scholarships for graduating high school students.

Jama Craig speaks on the uniqueness of the class “You see, I’m really passionate and deeply involved in this particular area. There’s something really interesting about these classes. They’re open for multiple enrollments. I took this class last year and found it enjoyable. So much so that I decided to take it again.”

“The Ag Business class has been actively engaged for the past few months; they’ve been brainstorming strategies to promote plant sales. Additionally, the Horticulture class has been diligently preparing since December, ensuring the greenhouse is ready and all arrangements are in place.” says Marin Minick

Student Jama Craig notes, “You’ve just gained insight into the intricacies of running a business, where each individual contributes uniquely. It’s far from effortless; it demands considerable effort and dedication, showcasing our determination.
