CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – People were protesting across the nation on Saturday, voicing their disapproval of President Donald Trump and his administration.

Around 1,000 showed up to West Side Park in Champaign for what protesters are calling the “Hands Off” rally. While the protest was aimed at the administration as a whole, speeches were given on specific issues. Demonstrators gathered in the park’s center and lined University Avenue, creating a large presence.

Other Hands Off events were held across Illinois, including Springfield at the State Capitol and Peoria at the City’s stadium.
