DANVILLE, Ill. (Chambana Today) — At the turn of the new year, Danville welcomed three New Year babies, including a pair of twins.

At OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, three babies were born on January 1, 2026, giving parents a birthday that will be easy to remember.

In the 5 a.m. hour, mom Diana and dad Irving became the proud parents of twins Dinora (dye-NORR-ah), who was born at 5:36 a.m., and Damian, who followed at 5:37 a.m.

Later that evening, another New Year baby was welcomed to the world. At 8:58 p.m., a separate family welcomed a baby girl at OSF Sacred Heart in Danville. She weighed six pounds and two ounces, and was measured at 18.5 inches long. OSF Mission Partners (employees) gave the child a “little miss new year’s” onesie, which can be seen below.
