CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — Parkland College Theatre is getting ready to open its doors for the 2025-26 season.
“Out of Order (An Actors’ Studio Production)” will be the first act to open the year, with the show hitting the Second Stage Theatre beginning October 2.
The fast-paced comedy revolves around government minister and serial philanderer Richard Willey. His plan to spend an evening at the Westminster Hotel with opposition secretary Jane Worthington starts going disastrously wrong.
With Willey desperately calling on his secretary, George Pigden, to help with his increasingly tangled web of lies and deception, there’s more confusion with the arrival of Worthington’s husband, Willey’s wife, a frustrated hotel manager, an unscrupulous concierge, and a dead body.
Mike O’Brien directs a cast including Finn Windelborn, Yeshua Harris, Sophie Accardo, Ryan Burns, Jera Sotero, Spencer Baker, Brandon Potenberg, Saturn Moore, Clover Culpepper, and Sara Pérez.
Performances take place on October 2, 3, 4 at 7:30 p.m. and October 5 at 3 p.m. The show is rated teen for adult language and content.
All tickets cost $10 each and are on sale now.
The 2025–26 season will also feature “Moon Over Buffalo,” “Romeo and Juliet,” and “Anastasia.”
