Champaign County Coroner Laurie Brauer has confirmed the death of 22-year-old Nathan G. Gudeman, a Champaign resident, who was fatally stabbed on W. Healey Street in Champaign. Gudeman was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:06 A.M. on March 22.

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Champaign County Coroner Laurie Brauer has confirmed the death of 22-year-old Nathan G. Gudeman, a Champaign resident, who was fatally stabbed on W. Healey Street in Champaign. Gudeman was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:06 A.M. on March 22.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday, March 24th, to determine the cause of death. The Champaign Police Department and the Champaign County Coroner’s Office are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

At this time, no further details have been released regarding the stabbing, and the investigation remains ongoing.
