Traffic diversion on I-74 due to two-vehicle crash near milepost 201

Drivers traveling westbound on I-74 just after 5 a.m. this morning found significant delays near Milepost 201 due to a 2-vehicle crash. Troop 7 units reported to the scene, and as a result, westbound traffic was being diverted at Milepost 206.

VERMILION COUNTY, IL (Chambana Today) – Drivers traveling westbound on I-74 just after 5 a.m. this morning found significant delays near Milepost 201 due to a 2-vehicle crash. Troop 7 units reported to the scene, and as a result, westbound traffic was being diverted at Milepost 206.

Motorists were being redirected at Exit 200, where they drove over the overpass and reentered back onto I-74 westbound. The Illinois State Police will provide further media updates as more information becomes available.
