CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — Champaign Unit 4 School District is inviting the public to take part in a series of community forums as part of its superintendent search process. The events are being hosted in collaboration with JG Consulting, the firm assisting the Unit 4 Board of Education in identifying candidates for the district’s next superintendent.
The first forum will take place Wednesday, November 12, at 1 p.m. at the Champaign Public Library, followed by a 6 p.m. session at Centennial High School Auditorium, which will also include a virtual option. Additional forums will be held:
-
Thursday, November 13, 6 p.m. – Garden Hills Academy
-
Monday, November 17, 6 p.m. – Barkstall Elementary
-
Tuesday, November 18, 6 p.m. – Stratton Academy
All sessions are open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend and share feedback about the qualities and priorities they hope to see in the district’s next superintendent.
Residents who cannot attend may still provide input through JG Consulting’s community survey, which remains open online.
