URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) — The Urbana Police Department is hosting its “Fill the Box” Donation Drive-Thru today from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Urbana Police Department, 400 South Vine Street. The event benefits Courage Connection, a local nonprofit that provides shelter and resources for survivors of domestic violence.
Vehicles can enter from Urbana Avenue, drop off donations near the fire bay, and exit onto Vine Street.
Items most needed include soap, dinnerware, deodorant, cups, and other household essentials. Residents can also donate through Courage Connection’s online wishlist or make a financial contribution.
