CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The historic Virginia Theatre is kicking off an exciting season packed with performances that promise fun for the whole family. Champaign Park District’s Youth Theatre opens the lineup with Finding Nemo, Jr., running May 21-23. The production brings the beloved Pixar story to life on stage, complete with new music by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, following young performers as they dive into an underwater adventure full of courage, friendship, and family. Tickets range from $14 for children to $16 for adults.

For music lovers, the iconic Gin Blossoms will take the stage on June 30, delivering hits that defined early ’90s alternative rock, including “Hey Jealousy” and “Follow You Down.” Tickets start at $39.50, with VIP packages available. Pre-sale begins April 30 with public sales starting May 1.
