During her time as executive director, Wahlfeldt oversaw the implementation of an online scholarship application system, making access to scholarships easier for students to apply for; the increase in scholarships awarded from 450 to 560 and an increase in the value of those awards from $419,881 to $567,510; an increase of Foundation assets from $11.1 million to $19.5 million; and the establishment of the Women of Impact event.
The total cost of the tuition and fees will be determined by the credit hours offered students in ETA. Parkland College will forgive two credits for every 12 hours offered to a district’s ETA students. On top of this, the board also approved Danielle Wilberg as Parkland’s new associate vice president for development/executive director of the Parkland College Foundation.
