
With 24 years of dedicated service to Champaign, including 11 years as Deputy City Manager, Joan ready to step into retiring city manager, Dorothy David’s shoes.
Several OSF officials, including Oberheim, Monticello officials, and others will be in attendance. The ceremony will commence at 11 a.m. at the clinic located at 777 Bridge Street in Monticello.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Mayor Williams and Chief Yates presented each participant with a completion certificate and a congratulations.
