Champaign County Coroner, Laurie Brauer, has identified the victim of a fatal motor vehicle crash on Interstate 74 in Vermilion County. Isaiah Edmond, 35, of Indiana, was pronounced dead at 5:27 AM on March 18, at the Carle Foundation Hospital Emergency Department in Urbana.

Drivers traveling westbound on I-74 just after 5 a.m. this morning found significant delays near Milepost 201 due to a 2-vehicle crash. Troop 7 units reported to the scene, and as a result, westbound traffic was being diverted at Milepost 206.
