According to an analysis by SmartAsset of data from 630 cities, Champaign, Illinois, ranks among the top 10 cities where household income has declined the most over the past year.

The retail theft happened on October 21, at approximately 2:21 p.m. at a Dick’s Warehouse at 63 East Marketview Drive in Champaign. The male suspect entered the Dick’s and headed immediately to the footwear department.
