Champaign entrance ramp closed due to oversize load on shoulder

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The State of Illinois announced the closure of the entrance ramp from I-74 westbound to I-57 northbound.

The ramp in Champaign is temporarily closed due to an oversize load that slid off the roadway onto the shoulder. A recovery is currently in progress. The closure is predicted to last less than two hours.
