Child safety seats are an important tool when it comes to protecting your child on the road in the event of a crash. However, if used and installed incorrectly, these seats present severe risks to your child and have major potential for failure. Because CPD is committed to child safety, they will be performing Car Seat Safety Inspections.
CPD has officers certified as Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technicians to perform the inspections and educate you on the correct way to secure your child. They do this to reduce the amount to traffic collision-related injuries and to protect your child on the road, which can often be dangerous and unpredictable.
