CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The Champaign Police Department (CPD) is inviting the community for Coffee With a Cop at the Mad Goat in Champaign.
Coffee With a Cop is a community engagement initiative hosted by the CPD. The event allows members of the community to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know officers in the community with no agendas or speeches. It is designed to bring officers and community members together in a relaxed informal setting over a cup of coffee. The event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
