CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The City of Champaign is inviting its residents, businesses, and community members to share its ideas for Downtown Champaign through a survey.

This input will help the Planning and Development Department in updating the 2006 Downtown Plan. A Downtown Plan is an important tool for the City of Champaign and community stakeholders to guide private investment, capital improvement projects, and programming priorities within Downtown Champaign and surrounding neighborhoods.

The survey will help in creating a shared vision for future change in the community. Anyone is welcome to fill out the survey, not just those who live or work downtown. Those interested can fill out the survey here.
