CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – Experience Champaign-Urbana is launching an experience pass highlighting the mocktails around the area.
This marks the third experience pass from Experience Champaign-Urbana, and features over 20 bars and restaurants with a curated mocktail menu.
“According to research from NielsenIQ, the popularity of mocktails has soared over the past five years, driven by Gen Z and millennials,” said Terri Reifsteck, Vice President of Destination Branding & Development for Experience Champaign-Urbana. “We wanted to celebrate this trend by highlighting those stops in our area that have worked hard to meet this demand.
Participants can sign up for the pass and earn points and rewards every time they check into one of the featured stops in the pass. Visitors with five or more spots in three months can win a $50 gift card to one of the spots on the trail. To sign up for free, visit experiencecu.org/experience-passes. The CU Mocktail Trail passport is delivered to the user’s smartphone upon registration with no app to download. The passport uses GPS to check in on one of the featured businesses.
