CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The Champaign County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Shred Day on Tuesday, April 15, offering a secure and free way for residents to dispose of unwanted documents. The event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or until the shredding truck is full, so be sure to arrive early! Updates on truck capacity will be posted on social media.
The Shred Day will be held in the Chamber Parking Lot at 303 W. Kirby Ave. in Champaign, where C.O.P.S. (Confidential On-Site Paper Shredding) will provide the shredding services. Chamber members are encouraged to bring up to five boxes of documents for secure disposal.
This event is open to all Chamber members, and the team has outlined what can and cannot be shredded, so make sure to check the guidelines before bringing your items.
