URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – Champaign County Sheriff Dustin Heuerman is inviting the public to attend a special Employee Recognition Ceremony honoring outstanding service and dedication within the Sheriff’s Office.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, June 25 at 2 p.m. and will take place at the ILEAS Training Center, 1701 E. Main Street in Urbana.
The ceremony will highlight the achievements of several Sheriff’s Office personnel, including the presentation of honors for Deputy of the Year, Correctional Officer of the Year, Court Security Officer of the Year, and Civilian Employee of the Year. In addition, Lifesaving Awards, commendations, and the Community Partnership Award will be presented to recognize individuals and partners who have made a significant impact in service and collaboration.
The public is welcome to attend and show support for the honored staff and their contributions to the community.
