Sharlotte “Chucky” Wagle, 46, of Jamaica, Illinois, passed away on Friday April 26, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Sharlotte was born September 11, 1977, in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Donald and Marilyn (Larrance) Homan. Sharlotte married Richard Wagle on Aprill 11, 2009, he survives.
Sharlotte leaves behind her mother Marilyn, her siblings; Donnie (Cindy) Homan of Westville, IL, Paula Appelman of Gravel Switch, KY, and Deborah Homan of Indianola, IL, brother-in-law Cory (Alyssa) Wagle of Tuscola, and sister-in-law Kayce Wagle of Indianapolis, IN, fifteen nieces and nephews that were more like her kids, and thirty-three great nieces and nephews that Sharlotte loved to spoil.
Sharlotte was preceded in death by her dad Donald, and her grandparents.
Sharlotte was a CNA for many years working at Vermilion Manor and Hawthorne Inn, then working as a home aide. Lastly, she got to help take care of her parents in their later years. Sharlotte enjoyed making gifts for people either for the holidays or their birthdays, she always enjoyed the chance to show her love to the family. She enjoyed fishing and spent time with her dad and her husband doing this. She had a passion for dogs, especially pit bulls. Sharlotte was a caring people loving person who her family was the most important thing to her. She will be missed by those who loved her.
A visitation will be held from noon-2pm on Thursday May 2, 2024, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois, 200 East West Street.
