Police have arrested 37-year-old Rynell Frazier of Urbana, who is accused of fatally shooting 32-year-old Martez Jones of Champaign.

According to the Champaign Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of W. Bradley Avenue at approximately 12:36 a.m. following multiple reports of gunfire.
