CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – It was a night to remember for two lucky Illinois iLottery players, each winning $1 million or more in separate jackpot games.
One online player hit the Ultimate Diamond Jackpot, scoring a massive $1,742,056 prize in the FastPlay progressive game. The game, exclusive to the Illinois Lottery, starts with a $75,000 jackpot and grows with every ticket sold across the state until someone wins. This is the 10th $1 million+ win for the game since its launch in May 2024.
So far in 2025, nearly 693,000 winning Ultimate Diamond Jackpot tickets have been sold, totaling more than $46.2 million in prizes.
Meanwhile, another iLottery player matched all six Lotto Million 1 numbers—2, 7, 12, 15, 25, 29—in the Monday, August 4 drawing, securing a cool $1 million win. This marks the fifth $1 million+ Lotto winner this year. In total, over four million winning Lotto tickets have been sold in 2025, with more than $28.5 million in prize payouts.
