Urbana Market at the Square:
Join thousands of residents and visitors in Downtown Urbana every Saturday, 7 AM to noon, from May through October, to celebrate everything local! Since 1979, Urbana’s Market at the Square has been a mainstay for Urbana and the surrounding area by connecting the community with local growers and artisans. Shop one of the best selections of made- and grown-in-Illinois products including: produce, meat, dairy, honey, local beer and wine, flowers, handmade art and crafts, and more. Saturday morning at Urbana’s Market at the Square is one of our city’s signature institutions! It’s a great way to kick off your weekend.
See the Baby Reindeer!
Spring has sprung at Hardy’s Reindeer Ranch! We can’t wait to introduce you to our THREE new babies!! Open for 2 weekends in May only, come see the baby reindeer before the weather gets too warm! Open 10-5 May 18 & 19, and May 25 & 26. We will have Reindeer Experience Tours, pedal race carts, and the paintball shooting gallery. Sorry, no hayrides at this time so as not to disturb the mommas and babies.
Cat and Snack
It’s “all cats” all the time for this program! For this all-ages program, we’ll have cat videos on loop, cat books for checkout, cat bookmarks, cat crafts, cat coloring sheets, and adoptable cats visiting from Hospice Hearts with their foster parents! And, the snack will be cat-themed, of course.
