URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) — Champaign County Crime Stoppers is seeking public assistance regarding a retail theft that occurred late last month.

On January 29, at around 12:25, a retail theft occurred at Blain’s Farm & Fleet, located at 2701 North Cunningham Avenue in Urbana. The suspect entered the store and proceeded to the tool department, where he removed a UPC label from a multi-tool. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a camouflage coat, blue jeans, brown boots, and a gray and yellow hat. The vehicle involved was described as a black sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu.
