URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – Join the City of Urbana, Urbana Fire Department, and the Fire Station Project Team as they break ground on their new fire stations designed with firefighter health and wellness at the forefront.

The ceremony will take place at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 1205 W. Bradley Ave., Urbana.

“We are thrilled to break ground on the new, state-of-the-art fire stations that have been designed with firefighter health and wellness at the forefront. We are not just building; we are investing in our neighbors and the future public safety of our community,” Diane Wolfe Marlin, Urbana Mayor, said in a press release.
