CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — The U of I football team will host the Buffalo University Bulls in a non-conference matchup in the 2029 season.
The program announced the addition on Thursday, with the game scheduled for September 8 at Gies Memorial Stadium. It will be the first meeting between the Fighting Illini and the Bulls.
As of today, Illinois’ September 15 matchup at Missouri is the only other game scheduled for the 2029 season.
