URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – Urbana Police detectives have located a man who was reported missing Wednesday evening. Jimmy L. Joy was found in Champaign today at approximately 10:45 AM near 2nd and Church St. He was unharmed and has been reunited with his family. The Urbana Police Department is grateful to their partners for their assistance in disseminating the endangered person alert.
