Champaign Fire Department to conducting hazardous materials training

The Champaign Fire Department will conduct hazardous materials training November 4, 6, and 8, at Sholem Aquatic Center at 2205 Sangamon Dr. in Champaign.

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The Champaign Fire Department will conduct hazardous materials training November 4, 6, and 8, at Sholem Aquatic Center at 2205 Sangamon Dr. in Champaign. Fire department teachers will lead a scenario designed to simulate a hazardous materials release and what our reaction to the release should be.

There will be two daily sessions beginning at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to so all on-duty crews can attend.
