URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – The OSF HealthCare Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana, home to Champaign County’s only hospital-based stroke support group, is gearing up to deliver programs for stroke survivors and their caregivers in 2025.

The group meets monthly at OSF Heart of Mary, 1400 W. Park St. in Urbana from 3-4:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. A virtual option is also available upon request. Meetings offer a safe space for survivors and caregivers to share experiences, learn from experts, and access valuable resources such as educational materials, local services, and social support networks.
