CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) – The Big Ten Conference has named 82 Illinois student-athletes to the prestigious Academic All-Big Ten team for fall sports. This recognition honors student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence in both athletics and academics.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be enrolled full-time at their institution for at least 12 months, participate on a varsity team, and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
