PEORIA, IL (Chambana Today) – For the sixth year in a row, OSF Healthcare has once again been recognized on Forbes magazine’s Best Employer’s by State list for 2024.
The prestigious Best Employer’s by State list, hosted by Forbes and Statista Inc., included the top companies in Illinois through a selection of criteria and about 4.4 million employer recommendations from employees working for said companies.
These evaluations were based on two criteria:
- Personal Evaluations: Employees’ willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
- Public Evaluations: Recommendations from friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry.
“Receiving this recognition for the sixth year in a row reinforces the great work being done across our Ministry in engaging, attracting, recruiting, and retaining those committed to our Mission,” said Bob Sehring, the CEO of OSF HealthCare.
OSF Healthcare came in 80th place overall, also ranking in the top 10 for healthcare and social organizations. The Peoria, Illinois based healthcare system has 150+ locations and 16 hospitals across Illinois and Michigan.
