URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) – The public is invited to learn about the next phase of the Kickapoo Rail Trail construction project with an open house.

The Urbana Park District and Forest Preserves of Champaign County will host their open house on February 12 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Health & Wellness Center, 2002 E. Washington Street, Urbana. The next phase will involve building a pavilion at the KRT Trailhead at Weaver Park. The open house will allow community members to learn more about the construction.
